“Virtual” retrospective means: the participants are not co-located, they are in different buildings, sites, countries or even timezones.

The goal of this session was to collect

• experiences
• traps and pitfalls when you bring the retro in a virtual (meeting) environment
• ideas and recommendations

Each participant summarized briefly his/her good and bad experiences with virtual retrospectives.
